Your options – hiking enjoyment for everyone
Explore the valley on easy trails such as the Luis Trenker Trail through the Arzler Pitzeklamm gorge – a beautiful, family friendly circular route with a suspension bridge, waterfall and cool mountain stream. Children and less experienced hikers will also love it.
Leisurely hikes to alpine pastures and mountain lakes, such as the Rifflsee circular trail, invite you to linger and enjoy yourself. Many of these trails can be easily reached by mountain railway, so you can enjoy fantastic views without too much effort.
Those looking for higher altitudes will find numerous opportunities for challenging tours in the Pitztal Valley – such as the Fuldaer Höhenweg trail to the Taschachhütte hut or the ascent to the imposing Mittagskogel (3,159 m). Guided tours with certified mountain guides are offered regularly.
