Booking information

• Arrival: Your apartment will be available from 3 p.m.
• Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.

•  Additional costs:
  – Final cleaning:
     € 45,- to € 105,-
  – local tax (from 15 years of age)
     € 4,-/day and person
  – Dogs:

Payment & Cancellation

• Deposit associated with binding booking:
  30% up to 7 days after booking
• Remaining payment on site or by bank transfer before arrival.
  (Only cash payments accepted on site)
• Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
  After that, we charge the following percentages of the total booking amount:
  29 to 7 days before arrival: 30 %
  6 days or less before arrival: 70 %
• We charge the total amount for all changes made later than this, as well as for no-shows.
  We ask for your understanding that we must charge the full agreed fee in the event of early departure.
