- Arrival: Your apartment will be available from 3 p.m.
- Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
- Wi-Fi included in the price

- Deposit associated with binding booking:
30% up to 7 days after booking - Remaining payment on site (only cash!) or by bank transfer before arrival.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
After that, we charge the following percentages of the total booking amount:
29 to 7 days before arrival: 30 %
6 days or less before arrival: 70 %
We charge the total amount for all changes made later than this, as well as for no-shows.
We ask for your understanding that we must charge the full agreed fee in the event of early departure.
